Why We Should Not Support Abortion
Would you kill someone because they were there? That’s what happens in every abortion case in the world. Innocent babies are killed because they are there in their mother’s wombs. Innocent babies die because of their parents’ mistakes. This, along with two other reasons, is why abortion should never be legalized in this country.
Let’s face it. Simply speaking, induced abortion is murder. It is murder to the little ones, killing their first and last chance of life. Jose Rizal once said, “The youth is the hope of our future.” Yet, how are the youth supposed to be our hope if we keep killing them?
In fact, according to the World Health Organization, there are 125,000 cases of abortion every single day. That is 125,000 children never born. That is 125,000 children who will never able to experience cutting their first tooth, talking, going to school, and other milestones that we simply take for granted. My dear fellowmen, there goes 125,000 potential athletes, newscasters, teachers, politicians, and servers of the world. The child could have been the next president, the next pope, the next Miss Universe, the next Albert Einstein. Their potential is wasted; their talents never displayed to anyone because they were killed before they were born.
